The civil application seeks correction of the name of the petitioner No.1, which incorrectly mentions the surname as 'Ganvir' instead of 'Ranvir'. The surname 'Ranvir' is reflected from the affirmation to the petition as well as the communication at page 56. The application is allowed.

2. The correction in the petition be carried out forthwith. The judgment also be corrected and corrected judgment be uploaded.
