Shri Kadukar, A.P.P. for the respondent/State.
CORAM : VINAY JOSHI AND BHARAT P. DESHPANDE, JJ.
DATED : 28/04/2023.
While disposing this writ petition vide judgment and order dated 03.04.2023, we have recorded the categorical finding that it is a frivolous petition, which has wasted time of the Court and therefore, imposed the costs on the petitioner of Rs.10,000/- to be deposited in this Court within two weeks.
2. Despite that the cost has not been deposited within stipulated period nor anyone is present before the Court.
3. We direct the District Collector to recover the cost amount from the petitioner as arrears of land revenue.
4. Necessary compliance be made.
