For the reasons recorded separately, following order is passed :-
ORDER
(I) Criminal appeal is allowed.
(II) Impugned judgment and order dated 19th August, 2022 passed by the Special Judge (POCSO), Aurangabad in Special Case (POCSO) No. 11 of 2020 is hereby set aside.
(III) The appellant is acquitted of the offences punishable under Sections 376(2)(i), 452, 354 and 342 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 4(2), 8 and 12 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

(IV) The appellant be set at liberty, if not required in any other case.
