1. Order dated 2nd December, 2021 indicates that interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c) was granted on merits. In my opinion, the order dated 24th February, 2022 is clear. The interim relief shall operate till the petition is finally disposed of.

2. Therefore, it is made clear that despite the Judgment of Apex Court in the case of Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency Private Limited v. Central Bureau of Investigation reported in (2018) 16 SCC 299, the interim relief granted in Criminal Writ Petition No.4654 of 2021 shall operate till disposal of the writ petition.
