PER COURT:-
1. The applicant/convict has moved this application for
allowing the criminal application as the applicant has undergone the
sentence.
2. Learned APP has opposed the application contending that
merely undergoing the sentence is not a ground to set aside the
judgment of conviction.
3. Leave granted to the learned counsel for the applicant to
amend the prayer clause to the effect that the applicant do not want
to press the revision application. Amendment be carried out
forthwith.
4. In view of the prayer of the petitioner that since he has
undergone the sentence, he do not want to proceed with the revision

stands disposed of as not pressed.
