Perused paragraph 21 of the judgment of the trial court, wherein it has been observed that the plaintiff admitted to have received a sum of Rs.4,00,001/-. In view of the same, issue notice before admission, returnable on 09.11.2022.

2. On condition of depositing 70% of the amount under the impugned decree, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (B), till next date.

3. In case the amount is not deposited, ad-interim relief to stand vacated without reference to the court.
