Petition No. 3940 of 2021, which should have been disposed of along with Writ Petition No. 3938 of 2021 were shown as having been disposed of in the group of petitions bearing Writ Petition No. 3325 of 2021 and connected matters.

3. Numbers of Writ Petition No. 3939 of 2021 and Writ Petition No. 3940 of 2021 to be deleted from the title cause of the judgment in Writ Petition No. 3325 of 2021 and be shown as disposed of with Writ Petition No. 3938 of 2021 by inserting names of the parties in the title cause.
