It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that his nephew Amey has been issued a validity certificate of belonging to 'Halbi' Scheduled Tribe pursuant to the judgment of this Court in Writ Petition No.336 of 2019 [Amey Kiran Pachabhaiye Versus The State of Maharashtra & Others ]. The petitioner could not remain present before the Scrutiny Committee for the reason that most of the hearings were conducted during the pandemic.
Issue notice to the respondents returnable in three weeks. Learned In-Charge Government Pleader Shri A.M. Deshpande waives service of notice for the respondents.
Record of the Scrutiny Committee be produced for perusal.
