The application seeks condonation of delay in filing the Second Appeal against the judgment and decree dated 24.10.2019 passed by the District Judge-2, Bhandara, in Reg. Civil Appeal No. 36/2014, which application has been filed on 07.11.2020 causing delay of 263 days. The period is obviously covered by Covid-19 pandemic, considering which, the application is allowed. The delay is condoned.
