2. It is pointed out that in para no.9 of the aforesaid order it

has been mentioned about the contesting respondents having moved for

quashing the interim order, when in fact a board was published for

pronouncement of judgment and pursuant thereto the learned advocate

for the respondents was present.

3. The other side admits the error.

4. The words in paragraph no.9 of the aforesaid order 'on

being moved by the contesting respondents' be deleted. Necessary

corrections be made and corrected order be uploaded.
