. By this Application, the Applicant has sought stay of execution

and implementation of the impugned judgment and award dated

19/03/2020 passed by the Member, M.A.C.T., Nashik in M.A.C.P.

No.216 of 2017.

2. Learned counsel for the Applicant states that the entire amount of

compensation as per the impugned judgment and award has been

deposited before the Claims Tribunal, Nashik. Receipt has been placed

on record.

3. In the light of said statement, execution and implementation of

the impugned judgment is stayed pending hearing of the appeal.
