1. By this application, the Applicant seeks stay of the

execution and implementation of the impugned Judgment and order

dated 19/05/2022 passed by the M.A.C.T., Nashik, in M.A.C.P. No.164

of 2018.

2. Learned counsel for the Applicant states that the entire

compensation will be deposited before the Claims Tribunal within a

period of four weeks.

3. In the light of the said statement, execution and

implementation of the impugned Judgment is stayed till the next date

of hearing.
