. Heard Mr. Shriwas, learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Dharmadhikari, learned Counsel for the Respondent Nos.1 and 2.

2. Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith. Heard finally by consent of the learned Counsel for the parties.

3. We direct the Executive Council of Respondent No.1 - University to decide the appeal filed by the Petitioner on 21/7/2022, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within four months from the date of receipt of the order.

4. Rule is made absolute in above terms. No costs.
