2. The petitioner contends that she has been issued a tribe certificate as she belonging to Gond Gowrai Scheduled Tribe on the basis of the judgment of this Court rendered in Adim Gowari Samaj Vikas Mandal and others V/s State of Maharashtra and another reported in 2018(5) Mh.L.J. 468 and the petitioner was also appointed on 12.9.2019 as an employee of Zilla Parishad and, therefore, the petitioner is entitled to have her employment protected in terms of the protection granted by the Apex Court in State of Maharashtra and another V/s. Keshao Vishwanath Sonone reported in AIR 2021 SC 122.

3. Issue notice for final disposal at admission stage to the respondents.

4. Mr. A.M. Deshpande, learned In-charge Government Pleader waives notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2.

5. Meanwhile, there shall be interim protection to the employment of the petitioner till final disposal of the petition.

6. The petition be tagged with Writ Petition Nos.4592/2022, 5070/2022 and 5087/2022.

7. Stand over to eight weeks.
