4 Feeling aggrieved by the judgment and award dated 21 st

July, 2014 passed in Land Acquisition Reference No.18 of 2008,

Executive Engineer, Minor Irrigation Division, Sangli has preferred

this First Appeal.

5 Pending First Appeal, parties have settled the disputes

and recorded the Consent Terms dated 4 th May, 2022. They are taken

on record and marked 'X-1' for Identification. Mr. Vitthal Chayappa

Karoli, respondent no.1 is present in the Court. He is Constituted

Attorney for Respondent Nos.2 to 4.

6 Learned counsel for the respondents identified signatures

of the respondents. In that view of the matter, First Appeal is

disposed of in terms of Consent Terms dated 4 th May, 2022.

Resultantly, the award dated 21st July, 2014 in Land Acquisition
