                      1]      After the petition was heard for some time, Mr.Kotangle,

as an Offer of the Court, stated that the grievanfe raised by petitioner in this petition does not appear to be unjustifed and if the Court is inflined to, the Court may set aside the order impugned in the petition and remand the matter for denovo fonsideration.

2] Mr. Kotangle states that the Assessing Offer in true letter and spirit will fomply with the direftions given by the Infome Tax Appellate Tribunal and pass an order after giving personal hearing to petitioner. If the petitioner fould provide a list of dofuments that is required to Mr.Kotangle, he shall also instruft the fonferned authority to provide fopies of those dofuments to petitioner and those dofuments will be

provided within two weeks' from today.

2] If petitioner, on refeipt of those dofuments, wishes to fle any further submissions, petitioner may do so and that will also be fonsidered during the personal hearing.

3]      Ordered affordingly.


4]      We also make it flear that if the Assessing Offer wishes

to rely on any order or judgment of any High Court or Tribunal, then a list thereof shall be provided to petitioner alongwith the notife of personal hearing so that petitioner/petitioner's representative will be able to deal with/ distinguish those orders/ judgments.

5] Assessment Order shall be detailed order dealing with every point of submission made by petitioner.

6]      Affordingly, petition disposed.
