Court in First Appeal No.512 of 2014, respondent/decree holder has

moved this application seeking directions to the appellant to hand

over Flat No.204, 2nd floor, Sahakar Bhavan as per the sanction plan

in lieu of Flat No.204.

2 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

3 In consideration of the facts of the case,

applicant/respondent shall file an affidavit stating that he shall hand

over vacant and peaceful possession of Flat No.706 to the

appellant/judgment debtor on a specified date, with additional

stipulation that he has not created third party right in flat no.706.

Stand over to 8th April, 2022.
