1) Reference Court awarded compensation at the rate

of Rs.10/- per sq.mtr in respect of land admeasuring 2,830

sq.mtr situated at Village-Navade, Taluka-Panvel, District-

Raigad. The Notifcation under Section 4 was issued on 3rd

February, 1970. This Court in the case of The State of

Maharashtra (Through the Special Land Acquisition

Offcer) V/s. Chandrakant Bhiva Patil, awarded Rane 2/2 FA-49-1992-sr.34 Friday, 4th March, 2022

compensation at the rate of Rs.25/- per sq.mtr. To verify

the facts in the said First Appeal No. 423/1996, Mr. Dabke,

learned Additional Government Pleader, shall place on

record copy of the judgment in First Appeal No.423/1996

decided on 16th September, 2004. Stand over to 7 th April,

2022.
