PER COURT.:-

1. We have perused the prayers put-forth by the petitioners.

We have perused the judgment delivered by this Court dated

21.10.2020 in Writ Petition No.4880 of 2020 concerning the same

trust. Once the Assistant Charity Commissioner has directed the

elections and this Court has refused to interfere with the said decision

in the petition filed by the trust, we do not find that the petition

before us, the nature in which it has been filed, could be entertained.

2. This petition is therefore dismissed.
