Since, the impugned judgment convicts the appellant under Section 6 of the POCSO Act, the learned counsel for the appellant, seeks leave to add the victim as a party respondent No. 2. Leave is granted. The victim be added as party respondent No.2. Upon the same being done, issue notice to the added respondent No.2, returnable on 11.07.2022.
