Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned

counsel for respondent No.1 and learned AGP.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that as

per order of this Court, applicant has deposited entire award

amount, as per Judgment and award dated 08.11.2018 passed

by the Learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Bhoom, District

Osmananabd in L.A.R. No. 252 of 2014, hence requested to stay

the order passed by the learned reference Court.

3. Considering submission of learned counsel as well as

applicant has deposited the entire amount as per Judgment and

award of learned reference Court hence efect and operation of

Judgment and award passed by the learned reference Court is

stayed till fnal disposal of the appeal.

(ii) Application is accordingly disposed of.
