1. On behalf of the defendants, the learned Advocate appearing today states that

she is instructed to enter appearance on behalf of the 2 nd defendant since the present

Advocate do not propose to continue to appear for the defendants.

2. On behalf of Vidhi Partners, the learned counsel states that no objection

endorsement will be provided today and that all papers will be handed over to the

new Advocate, namely, Ms. Sailee Dhayalkar, i/by Parinam Law Associates.

3. In view thereof, I pass the following order :-

(i) Appearance on behalf of defendant no.2 to be entered on or

before 28th June 2022.

(ii) Meanwhile, the present Advocate shall file original reply in the

registry on or before 27th June 2022.

(iii) Affidavit-in-rejoinder, if any, to be filed on or before 30 th June

2022 and a copy thereof to be served upon the defendants'

Advocate on or before 1st July 2022.

(iv) List the Summons for Judgment on 14th July 2022 "for hearing

and final disposal".
