1. The respondents are granted two weeks time to file

affidavit in reply with a copy to be served upon the petitioners

advocates simultaneously. Rejoinder, if any, shall be filed by the

petitioners within one week thereafter.

2. Place the matters at 2.30 p.m. on 15 th July, 2022. It is

made clear that the matters would be heard finally at the admission

stage. Ad-interim relief granted by this Court, if any, to continue till

the next date.

3. The respondents are directed to produce the original

records and proceedings forming part of the record before the

Scrutiny Committee before this Court. The petitioner would be at

liberty to take inspection of the original record after giving 24

hours notice to the learned A.G.P..

4. The petitioners are directed to file a brief written

proposition of law along with synopsis and compilation of

judgments on which the petitioners proposes to rely upon. The

respondents are also granted the same liberty. Such synopsis and

written arguments along with compilation of judgments shall be

exchanged in advance before the next date.
