Learned counsel for the respondent no.2 Shri Deshmukh has

placed on record the judgment in Regular Civil Suit No.49/2018

Harishchandra Rama Holkar V/s. Rafiq Ahemad Abdul Khadar and Anr. He

submits that in view of this judgment the writ petition has become

infructuous.

2. This petition is filed assailing the order below (Exhibit-54) in

Regular Civil Suit No.308/2011, whereby the application for appointment of

TILR was rejected. Since none is present and as the matter is pretty old, the

writ petiton is dismissed in default.
