. Ms. Chaitrali Deshmukh, learned counsel for the Applicant/ Appellant submits that only two proceedings for condonation of delay are listed on today's board. However, there are remaining 12 proceedings for condonation of delay arising out of same impugned judgment and award passed by the Reference Court. She prays that those 12 proceedings need to be tagged alongwith these two proceedings so that common order can be passed

2. Learned AGP for the Respondent / State has no objection to tag these two proceedings with the remaining 12 proceedings in order to have a common order.

3. Ms. Chaitrali Deshmukh, learned counsel for the Applicant is directed to provide list of remaining 12 proceedings arising out of same land acquisition with the Registry.

4. Registry is directed to tag those remaining 12 proceedings for condonation of delay alongwith these two proceedings and thereafter, all these matters shall be listed before the concerned Court after four weeks.
