1. The learned advocate appearing on behalf of the

Respondent (Olive Global Holding Pvt. Ltd.) seeks time to file an

affidavit-in-reply to the above Interim Application.

2. Acceding to her request it is directed that the Respondent

shall file its affidavit-in-reply, if any, on or before 26 th July, 2022 and

serve a copy of the same on the advocates for the Applicant. In the

meanwhile the Respondent shall not in any manner pay to the

Judgment Debtor the sum of Rs. 17,40,82,984/- (Seventeen Crores

Forty Lakhs Eighty Two Thousand Nine Hundred and Eighty Four

Only) or any part thereof and shall not deal with the said amount until

further orders of the Court.

3. Stand over to 4th August, 2022.

4. This order will be digitally signed by the Private

Secretary/Personal Assistant of this Court. All concerned will act on

production by fax or email of a digitally signed copy of this order.
