1. Learned counsel for the Appellant states that the First

Appeal (stamp) Nos.25607 of 2021, 25570 of 2021 and 25596 of 2021

arise from the common judgment dated 26/07/2018 whereas First

Appeal (stamp) No.21815 of 2021, 22529 of 2021 and 22526 of 2021

assail judgment dated 09/04/2018.

2. Hence, First Appeal Stamp Nos. 21815 of 2021, 22529 of

Megha 13_fast_25607_2021 and group.doc

2021 and 22526 of 2021 be de-tagged from this group of matters.

3. Learned counsel for the Appellant states that First Appeal

(stamp) No.22529 of 2021 which assails the judgment dated

09/04/2018 is not listed today. Same is taken on board.

4. Learned counsel for the Appellant states that the

compensation as per the impugned judgment and Award passed by the

Reference Court shall be deposited before the Reference Court within a

period of four weeks.

5. In the light of the said statement, execution of the

impugned judgment and Award is stayed till the next date of hearing.

6. Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 12/08/2022.
