2. By the impugned order the lower appellate court on an

application preferred by the respondent Nos.1 and 2 who were the

appellants has stayed operation of the order of the trial court till termination

of the appeal even without extending any opportunity of being heard the

petitioners.

3. Issue notice to the respondent Nos.1 and 2, returnable on

04.08.2022. Till then operation of the order under challenge shall stand

stayed as also the execution of the judgment and order of the trial court.
