By this interim application, the applicant seeks amendment to the

writ petition. Learned counsel for the Government has no objection if

the amendment is permitted. Interim application is allowed. No order

as to costs. Re-verification is dispensed with. Amendment to be carried

out within one week from today. Amendment also be carried out in the

copies supplied to the respondents. The respondents would be at

liberty to file additional reply to the amended copy of the petition

within one week thereafter.

2. Time to carry out amendment in Writ Petition No.9640 of 2019

is extended by one week from today. Re-verification is dispensed with.

Amendment also be carried out in the copies supplied to the

respondents.

3. Place this batch of petitions for hearing and final disposal on 11th

February, 2022.

4. The parties are at liberty to file brief written submissions along

with copies of the judgments which they propose to rely upon in

support of their rival contentions with copies to be served upon the

other side in advance.

5. Place Interim Application No.3665 of 2020 in Writ Petition

No.986 of 2019 also on board along with other matters.

6. If for any reasons, the writ petitions are not heard finally on 11 th

February, 2022, the applicant in Interim Application No.3665 of 2020

would be at liberty to press for interim relief. Reply to the said interim

application, if any, shall be filed within two weeks from today with a

copy to be served upon the petitioner's advocate simultaneously. It is

made clear that no further extension of time would be granted.
