1. This is a petition impugning the judgment and award dated 15 th October, 2011 passed by the Co-operative Court at Solapur in Dispute No.CC-1841 of 2008 confirmed by the judgment and order dated 29 th September, 2015 passed by the Maharashtra State Co-operative Appellate Court in Appeal No.15 of 2015. On 19th December, 2022 time was sought to ascertain the status of recovery proceedings against the petitioners.

2. Mr.Kanetkar, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that notice be issued to the respondent-Patsantha so that it can be ascertained whether said respondent is interested in pursuing the execution of the impugned orders.
