1. On oral request, the petitioners are permitted to file a complete copy of the judgment delivered by the learned First Appellate Court.

2. The petitioners are the landlord, who has filed the suit for possession under the provisions of the Maharashtra Rent Control Act,1999. The suit was decreed, however, the judgment and order of the learned trial Court has been reversed in Regular Civil Appeal No.61/2018 vide judgment and order dated 03/02/2022, which is impugned herein.

3. Issue notice to the respondent, returnable after four weeks.
