PER COURT:-

1. The appeal of the present petitioner has been dismissed

by the Additional Sessions Judge No.3, Ahmednagar on 14.09.2022.

However, instead of taking him into custody as prescribed under the

Criminal Procedure Code, the learned Additional Sessions Judge

No.3, Ahmednagar directed the trial Court to issue conviction warrant

accordingly.

2. Since the applicant has not been arrested after the

judgment in appeal, issue notice to the respondent.

3. Stand over to 09.01.2023.
