06/06/2019 passed by the Labour Court, Thane, in Application

(WCA) No.499/C-82/2013.

compensation as per the impugned judgment and Award shall be

deposited before the Labour Court within three weeks.

4. In the light of the said statement, execution and

implementation of the impugned judgment is stayed till the next date
