. Heard learned Counsel for applicant and learned

A.G.P. for respondent Nos.2 and 3.

2. Learned Counsel for applicant submits that,

applicant has challenged the judgment and award passed

the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Bhoom,

Osmanabad in L.A.R. No.261 of 2014 dated 21.06.2016 on

various grounds. Hence, requested to stay the impugned

order.
