2. The learned Senior counsel for the Petitioner submits that the decree of dissolution of marriage between the parties as passed by the Family Court at Bhopal, has been confirmed by the Division Bench of Madhya Pradesh High Court vide judgment and decree dated 9 July 2022 in First Appeal No.445/2020. A copy of the judgment is produced on record which is marked 'X' for identification.

3. The learned counsel for the Respondent-wife states that the Respondent is contemplating to challenge the said order before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

4. Passing of the decree of divorce between the parties would have some bearing on the question whether all or some of the prayers made by the Respondent before the Family Court survive or not.

5. In view of the submission on behalf of the Respondent that she is contemplating to challenge the said order, for the present, stand over to 29 August 2022. In the meantime, it is clarified that the order dated 7 June 2021 passed by this Court shall apply only to the extent of Petition No.A/1726 and not Petition No.B/ 29-2020. The para 6 of the order dated 7 June 2021 would stand modified to that extent.
