Heard. Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith. Heard finally by wp359.2021.odt

consent.

2. It is seen that the impugned order dated 19th August 2020 has been

passed by Micro and Small Enterprises Council, Nagpur without giving

adequate opportunity to the petitioner, which has violated the principle of

natural justice and, therefore, such an order cannot be sustained in the eye

of law. The petition is, therefore, allowed. The impugned order is hereby

quashed and set aside. The matter is remanded back to the Micro and Small

Enterprises Council, Nagpur for rehearing and fresh decision, in accordance

with law, as early as possible, keeping all questions open. Rule is made

absolute in the above terms. No costs.
