CIVIL APPLICATION NO.91 OF 2022

1. By the present application, the Insurance Company seeks stay to the effect and operation of the impugned judgment dated 24/04/2019 passed by the M.A.C.T., Mumbai in M.A.C.P.No.1723 of 2012.

2. Heard the learned counsel Ms.Kalpana Trivedi for the Appellant and perused the application for grant of stay. The

Appellant states that they has good case on merits, which needs to be appreciated in the appeal.

The learned counsel has instructions to make a statement that the Insurance Company shall deposit the entire amount of compensation alongwith interest awarded, calculated upto 31/03/2022, before the Tribunal within a period of eight (8) weeks from today.

Subject to the aforesaid deposit, there shall be stay to the effect and operation to the impugned judgment.
