Heard. Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith.

Heard finally by consent of the parties.

2. It is not in dispute that facts of the present case

are identical with the facts involved in Writ Petition No.

8262/2018, together with connected matters decided on

12/02/2019 and, therefore, we see no difficulty to dispose

of this petition on similar lines.

3. Accordingly, the respondents are directed to

compute the amounts payable to the petitioner, in

accordance with judgment and order passed by the Division

Bench of Aurangabad Banch in Writ Petition No.

10283/2012, and release the amount to the petitioner, 926 wp 3830-2021.odt

which shall be done within a period of two months from the

date of the order. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.

Rule is made absolute in the above terms. No

order as to costs.
