2. This is a second appeal by the original defendants who are aggrieved by the judgment and decree passed by the lower appellate court reversing the judgment of the trial court dismissing the respondent's suit for perpetual injunction.

3. Issue notice to the respondent, returnable on 28.06.2022. Till then, there shall be stay to the execution and operation of the operative part 3(b) of the judgment and order of the lower appellate court.
