Heard both the sides. Learned advocates unanimously submit that the connected Writ Petition Nos. 12872/2016 and 12888/2016 have been decided by this Court by the judgment and order dated 22.01.2020. They also unanimously submit that though the facts are bit different, even the present Writ Petition can be disposed of for the same reasons and on the same grounds as is mentioned in that judgment and order.
2. In view of the above, the present Writ Petition is dismissed for the same reasons as is mentioned in the judgment and order dated 22.01.2020 in Writ Petitions No. 12872/2016 and 12888/2016.
