PER COURT : -

1. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the

validation proceedings is pending with Respondent No.4 - Scrutiny

Committee since the year 2016. The same is not decided. The

learned Counsel submits that Respondent Nos.2 and 3 may be

directed not to withhold the result of the petitioner of Second MBBS

Winter 2020 examination and refrain him from prosecuting further

studies only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending.

2. The learned AGP accepts notice for respondent Nos.1 and 4.

Mr Sant, learned Counsel appears for Respondent No.2.

3. The petitioner shall appear before the Scrutiny Committee on

11-10-2021. The Committee shall endeavour to decide the

proceedings preferably within six months from the date of

appearance of the petitioner.

4. In case the petitioner is otherwise eligible, Respondent Nos.2

and 3 shall not withhold the result of the petitioner of the Second

MBBS Winter 2020 examination and also the petitioner shall not be

refrained from prosecuting further studies only on the ground that

the validation proceeding is pending.

5. The respondents may take further course of action depending

upon the Judgment that may be delivered by the Committee in the

validation proceedings.

6. Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
