permission to continue the complaint filed under 138

of the Negotiable Instruments Act and consequential

amendment. In consideration of the facts of the case

and in view of judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in

the case of Chand Devi (2018) 1 SCC 71; applicaion

is granted. Consequential amendment be carried out

in terms of schedule (at page no. 4) within three

weeks from today.
