1. It appears that the appellant/victim has inadvertently, impleaded

respondent No. 7/absconded accused as respondent in this appeal. In the

impugned judgment and order of acquittal, the trial court has directed to file the

supplementary charge sheet against the absconded accused - Shardul Maula

Munjawar (present respondent No. 7 herein).

2. In view of the same, learned counsel seeks leave to delete the name

of respondent No. 7. Leave granted.

3. Delete the name of respondent No. 7 from the array of respondents

forthwith.

4. The learned counsel seeks one week's time to go through the record

and proceedings and make the proper submissions.

5. Stand over to 9th September, 2021.
