1. The matter is placed on board for speaking to the minutes

of the judgment dated 3rd January, 2020 and more particularly

paragraph 28(iii) on the praecipe filed by the respondent nos.1 to 5.

2. In the first line of paragraph 28(iii), it is made clear that

the respondent nos.1 to 3 would be entitled to recover the amount as

modified by that judgment on the amount deposited by the appellant

before the Tribunal and not the respondent nos.1 to 5. The impugned

order dated 3rd December, 2015 shall be enforced as clarified by this

order.

3. The judgment dated 3rd January, 2020 stands corrected

accordingly.
