In view of order dated 09/09/2021, Shri Kalra, learned counsel now submits that the V.I.D.C. is proposing to file an application for restoration of Appeal which challenges the judgment and award in LAC No. 09/2002 and connected matters, on which the learned Senior Counsel Shri Khapre for the legal representatives of the appellant is placing reliance.
