1. Perused the order dated 16th November 2021 passed by

the Hon'ble Supreme Court disposing of the petition filed by the

petitioner with the liberty to petitioner to move an appropriate

application before this Court for early disposal of the writ

petition.

2. Considering the date already fixed in several matters,

place this matter on board on 14th December 2021 at 2.30 p.m.

for hearing and final disposal.

3. Parties are at liberty to file a written preposition along

with the copies of judgment which they rely upon in support of

their rival contentions. Affidavit in reply, if any, shall be filed

within one week from today, without fail. If the affidavit in reply

is not filed within a time extended, matter would be proceeded

on the basis of the evidence and documents on record.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner produced a copy of the

application filed before the Government of Maharashtra State

CET filed on 12th November 2021 for admission during the

pendency of this petition. We are unable to hear the petition

immediately by postponing the matters already assigned the

date considering the urgency in those matters. The order

impugned was past in the year 2020.
