Hearing was conducted through Video Conferencing and the learned Counsel agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.

2. Perused the letter sent by 11th Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division and A.C.J.M., Nagpur dated 08-06-2021.

3. Heard learned Advocate Mrs. Dewani for the appellant/original plaintiff.

4. Plaintiff's evidence is over and his witness is under cross examination. They want to examine one more witness. Due to the pandemic situation the stage-wise time limit fixed by this Court could not be completed.

5. Now it is told that the District Courts are functioning. Extension is justified. Hence, the directions :

(a) The trial Court is directed to complete the recording of remaining evidence of the plaintiff within the period of four months

from today.

(b) During that period the defendant has to complete the cross examination.

(c) If the defendant indulged in dilatory tactics, the trial Court to control the same even by imposing the exemplary costs.

(d) After that the defendants are given six months time to complete their evidence.

(e) Directions (f), (g) and (h) in the judgment dated 28-11-2019 passed in Appeal Against Order No.29/2018 will remain as it is.

                        (f)     Inform the trial Court.
