PER COURT:-
1. We have heard Mr. Parsodkar, learned counsel for the petitioner
and Mr. Patil, learned AGP for Respondents / State.
2. Mr. Parsodkar, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits
that in all these matters, the caste claim of the petitioners is
invalidated. They approached this Court at Nagpur. The writ petitions
are finally disposed of and the Division Bench at Nagpur in respective
writ petitions filed by the petitioners has granted protection to their
services.

3. In case, the protection is already granted by this Court to the
services of the petitioners upon invalidation of the caste claim, then
the petitioners are covered by the judgment delivered by this Court in
writ petition No.903 of 2020 with other connected writ petitions
decided under common judgment and order dated 04.05.2021.
4. For the reasons recorded in the judgment dated 04.05.2021 in
writ petition No. 903 of 2021 with other connected writ petitions, the
present writ petitions are also allowed. The impugned
communications are quashed and set aside.
5. Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
