PER COURT:

1. We have noticed from our order dated 21/06/2021 that

paragraph No.2 has certain missing words. So also, a word

'compassion' is erroneously typed in place of the word

'compensation'.

2. As such, paragraph 2 of the order dated 21/06/2021 shall read as

under :

"The learned A.G.P. submits that there is a judgment of this Court holding that rental compensation for the period from

the date of the award till the date on which enhanced compensation amount is granted, is not payable. In short, there cannot be enhancement of rental compensation if the Reference Court has enhanced the amount of rental compensation."

3. As such, paragraph 2 of the order dated 21/06/2021 be replaced

by the above paragraph and a corrected copy of the order be uploaded.

4. On 24/06/2021, we had permitted the petitioners to add

respondent No.3. Addition has been carried out. Notice has also been

issued. The bailiff's report indicates that the present matter is

unconnected with respondent No.3, as added by the petitioners.

5. The learned A.G.P. submits that respondent No.3 should be

"The Executive Engineer, Medium Project, Osmanabad (Krushna

Khore), District Osmanabad".

6. In view of the above, the petitioners are permitted to delete

respondent No.3 and add respondent No.3 as described hereinabove.

Addition be carried out forthwith.

7. Issue notice to the newly added respondent No.3, returnable on

23/08/2021.
