I have perused the application and the impugned judgment.

Considering the amount of hardships which the applicants/respondent Nos. 1 to 3 are facing as stated in the application, the 75% of the decretal amount with accrued interest thereon is permitted to be withdrawn on furnishing usual undertaking.

The civil application stands disposed of accordingly.
